Back in January 2009 my daughter started a wonderful page on Myspace called
soldiers speak.During conversations one evening she mentioned to me that a
soldier had written her.He stated that his entire platoon was not recieving
any mail.

Having sponsered soldiers since the begining of the war in Iraq.I sprang into
action.I asked her to forward the address to me and I would see that they
recieved mail.Then it hit me Valentines Day was right around the corner.And
with a Mail Call bulletin, Notes for Our Troops USA was born.

We sent 89 Valentines that day.Most going to soldiers overseas.And our mailing
list begun.

We have friends,spouses and parents.We have patriotic Americans.We have troops from
other countries as friends on our pages.We were so over whelmed with the response on
Myspace that we made ourselves a promise.If our friends list hit 300 friends by the
weeks end,we would add a Org page.

We hit that 300.We surpassed that 300 !.And NotesForOurTroopsUSA.org had begun.I
had enlisted the help of a dear friend to create this site and Tim went to work.
Within 24 hours we had 2 registrations on that page and the visiters count was rising.

We had been surprised by the support we are recieving by those we are here to support.
Funny thing about gratitude its best when it goes bothe ways.

We have dedicated this page to all the troops and veterans that are now and have
in the past served our country so proudly.

While stationed away from home cards and letters containing kind words and support
are important..Unfortunately some of our troops recieve little to no correspondence.
This can and often does lover moral.Our goal is to reach these troops and bring
them a smile and show them the support they so richly deserve.

Army,Navy,Air Force,Marines,National Guard are all welcome here.All we ask is that
you help spread the word by telling your friends about us.We have made this very easy
for you.At the bottom of each page on our website you will see a tell a friend about
us link,Please use that link to support this page so we may continue to support you.

We are extremely proud that this organization is a hands on organization.We actively
support and volunteer our time to worthy causes that benefit our troops.Please be
sure to check our events and news sections to follow these endeavors.Please help us
support those that give or have given so much for us.

support for our efforts.
